Respite Care (Under 21)

At Spectrum, we know that caring for your child with developmental disability can be exhausting. We realize
that while guardians love and care for their child, they also need a break sometimes. Our Respite Care Providers
offer primary caregivers the much-needed relief they deserve.

Knowing that your child is in the hands of one of our qualified Respite team members is the first step toward
breathing that sigh of relief. Respite Care is provided in the privacy and convenience of your own home.

Respite care offers children under the age of 21 non-medical, in-home health care when their primary
caregivers are unavailable, giving parents and guardians a much-needed break in their day.
From help with homework to a walk in the park, Respite providers customize care to suit your child’s
preferences and assist with all of their needs.
